Description Bread Dough Mixer Hand Cranked - VINTAGE LANDERS FRARY CLARK No. 4 TIN PLATED STAINLESS STEEL BREAD DOUGH MAKER
A very nice vintage hand crank bread mixer that is often called a Dough Girl machine. This machine was initially patented in the 1903-1904 era and was one of the best selling kitchen appliances in that period. The handle does come apart from the dough hook and the cover goes on top and locks in place. It also has a wrench that was used to tighten the clamp when in use. Inside looks great with no rust! Some of the label still remains and says the model was called CLIMAX. The handle does come apart from the dough hook and the cover goes on top and locks in place.
The mixing tub measures 12 inches tall and 13 1/4 in diameter and weighs approx 9 pounds.
